If the water inlet of the single velocity water meter is blocked by impurities, the water meter will stop working. The situation of multi velocity water meter is different. Multiple water inlets feed water at the same time. Even if impurities block one water inlet, the water can still enter from other channels to ensure the normal operation of the water meter. In other words, the water quality of single velocity water meter shall not be too poor, so single velocity water meter is rarely used in China.
